We display coupon codes, discount offers, and cashback rates for third-party retailers across categories such as Fashion, Electronics, Beauty, Home and Garden, Travel, and Pet. Couponovo is not owned by, partnered with, or officially endorsed by any of the stores or brands listed on the Service, and nothing on the Service should be read as suggesting otherwise.

The Service does not currently require or offer user accounts, logins, or payment processing. You can browse coupons and deals freely. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified through the Service.

Coupon codes, discount percentages, and cashback rates displayed on the Service are set and controlled entirely by the relevant third-party retailer, and may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any specific code, deal, or cashback offer will be valid or will work at checkout. Any cashback offered in connection with a purchase is provided and paid directly by the retailer, not by Couponovo. We display and link to these offers, but we do not process, guarantee, or issue any cashback payment ourselves.

Any purchase you make after clicking through to a retailer is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by the retailer's own terms, pricing, and policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from a purchase made on a retailer's site, including pricing errors, expired codes, delayed or missing cashback, or order and shipping problems. Any such issues should be raised directly with the retailer.

You agree not to scrape, bulk-access, or use automated tools against the Service without our permission, not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, not to copy, resell, or redistribute content from the Service without our consent, and not to misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above, or if we suspect misuse, fraud, or abuse of the Service. This does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before suspension or termination.

The Service, including its design, layout, and original written content, is owned by or licensed to Mahibah Faris Ltd and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable intellectual property law. Retailer names displayed on the Service are used as plain text for identification purposes only; we do not use retailers' logos or other trademarked graphics on the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any coupon, deal, or cashback offer listed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahibah Faris Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on any listed offer. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
